2022年11月底，一经推出迅速走红，仅花了60天，就达到了月活过亿，成为史上用户增长最快的互联网应用程序,因此被业内人士认为是“人工智能里程碑”。
在英语学习中，可以完成很多传统工作，包括单词短语查询、语法错误批改、造句等。那么，能不能用来写托福作文？AI写出的托福作文能得多少分呢？
大狮姐让写了一篇TPO54 Task2的作文:

花20秒，就交付了一篇350-400字的托福独立写作。
多少托福考生看完都哭了？文章用词无误，语法正确，结构清晰，观点明确。并且仅用短短20秒写出的文章，篇幅达到了460词，那么这篇来自人工智能的文章实际能拿到多少分呢？狮姐邀请了新东方在线的两位托福老师对作文进行了评分：
徐赫然老师：我认为这篇文章大概在3.5-4分左右（5分满分）。可以看出来整篇文章用词还有语法都很好，语言表达上确实不错。但是文章很像官方说的那种冗余的文章，只是把俩选项分析了一遍没有完全展开，论据比较少。虽然在语言表达上的得分会比较好，但是在层面上会扣分。
彭璐老师：我会给4.5分。不难看出文章写得非常成熟，对话题进行了非常全面的考虑和论证。
开头段的背景中，充分考虑了两方的观点和主要理由。在自己的观点段中，给出了清晰的观点和进一步的建议。在后续的两个段落中，分别从 和两个角度分情况讨论/比较了投资 和art的好处。最后两段中，再次强调了决策需要充分权衡。不足之处主要在细节展开不够充分。
其实文章整体的内容/立场/逻辑的全面性已经超越了托福要求考生做到的程度，我是不建议学生去进行模仿的。在实际的托福教学，上文这样的思考和结构比较复杂，我们会教授给学生更简单、好上手的写法。所以人工智能写出的文章，不建议同学们作为模板背诵模仿。
另外，大狮姐还尝试让给托福OG给出的写作范文打分，这篇官方参考范文属于High-Level ，根据官方文件具体分数的范围是25-30分。

但对这篇文章却不是非常满意，给出的参考分数为23-27分。

除了评分外，也给出了自己的原因：AI认为坐着很清楚的陈述了自己的观点，并且用相关的解释和例子支持了观点。文章的结构清晰，同时还有效的使用过渡词和短语来连接内容。用词上可以清晰的表达自己的观点，但有些词汇重复多次的在使用，最后整篇文章有一些小的语法错误，但并不影响文章整体意思，可以看出考生的写作能力良好。
虽然的评分很严格，给出的解释也比较清晰，但是针对性并不是很强，模板式的套话比较多，并不能适合每一位托福考生的每一篇文章，还是建议同学找到专业的托福老师进行文章的修改。
